All members present. <br />Minutes of meetings held September 27th., and September 28th., <br />1927, read and approved. <br />The Board signed the contract and approved the construction <br />bond of E. T. Tranberg for the construction of grade, curb and walk` on Olive Street <br />from Bergan Street to Wilson Street under Improvement Resolution No.I935. The amount <br />of the contract being 2,288.54 and: the construction bond for 100% of the contract price <br />was signed`by the Employers Liability assurance Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with.Roe o limeri for the construct- <br />ion of local sewer in Orange Street from Olive Street to Meade treet under Improvement <br />Resolution No,I932. The amount of the contract being 1.965.30 and the construction bond <br />for 100% of the contract price was signed by the Columbia Casualty Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with John Lugaresi. for the <br />construction of a local sewer. on Dunham Street from Ka.ley Street to a point IO feet east <br />of the west line of Lot 964 Summit Place Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I933. <br />The amount of the contract being 568.60 and the construction bond for I00% of the <br />contract price was signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Corporation. <br />The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds: <br />The Guarantee Bond of the Rieth Riley Construction Co., for the <br />C rroll Street pavement from Dayton to Milton Street under Improvement Resolution No. <br />I�88 signed by Souther Surety Company for 10% of the contract price of said improvement. <br />The Board approved the renewal certificate for the bond of <br />George D.
