Wednesday, ''eptember .28th., 1927. <br />!) ispessmeatt Trolls: <br />Board met in regular session at 9 A. M. All members present. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following <br />Assessment roll for the construction of a sewer on Sherman <br />Avenue from Kinyon. Street to the River under Improvement Resolution No.I77I. <br />Assessment roll for the construction of s sewer on Kinyon <br />Street from Sherman Avenue to a point 20 feet west of the east line of Lot I86 Northwest <br />Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I85I. <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises, finds that the ' several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for <br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown onsaid assessment rolls. <br />The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same <br />in all things ratified, confirmed. and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board <br />now orders that said assessment roils be delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, continued hearings were had on the <br />following assessment rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the Pipe sewer Improvement on Altgeld Street. <br />from Marine Street to the Southeast Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.1788. <br />Assessment roll- for the Pipe sewer improtrement on Victoria St. , <br />from Miami Street to the Southeast Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I789. <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for <br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls. The Board, <br />therefore, takes final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things <br />ratifked, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders that <br />said assessment rolls be delivered to the Department of finance. <br />The Board signed the following contracts and approved the <br />construction bo3ads of same: <br />Contract with the Williston Construction Co., for the sheet <br />asphalt pavement on Main Street from Erring Avenue to Routh line of Fairview Avenue <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I909. Amount of contract being 17,867,52 and the <br />construction bond for 50% of the contract price was signed by Inland Bonding Co. <br />Contract with the Williston Construction Co., for the sheet <br />asphalt pavement on Liston Street from Birdsell Street to Adams Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I925. Amount of contract being5,335.40 and t e construction bond for <br />50% of the contract price was signed by the Inland Bonding o. <br />Contract with the Williston Construction Co., for the sheet <br />asphalt pavement on Division Street from Perry Street to Eddy Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I9I3. Amount of contract being I,06905 nd the construction bond for <br />50% of the eontract.price was signed by Inland Bonding o. <br />Contract with Albert Construction Go., for the sheet asphalt <br />pavement on Kaley Street from south line of Division Street to the north line of <br />Sample Street under Improvement Resolution No.1922. Amount of contract being <br />35, 232.80 and the conttruction bond for 50% of the contract price was signed by Inland <br />Bonding Co. <br />Contract with Albert Construction Co., for the sheet asphalt <br />pavement on Newcome Street from west line of Meade street to the east line of Kaley <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I9I2. Amount of contract being 3,97I.80 and <br />the construction bond for 50% of the contract price was signed by Inland Bonding Co. <br />Contract with Albert Construction Co., for the sheet aspahlt <br />pavement on Kendall 6treet from Indiana to T. H. & L. R. R. under Improvement Resoluti <br />No.I908. Amount of contract being 3,729,60 and the construction bond for 50% of the <br />contract price was signed by Inland Bonding Co. <br />r <br />Contract with Albert Construction Co., for the sheet asphalt <br />pavement on Harris Street from Division Street to Ford Street under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I927. Amount of contract being I2,423.90 and th� construction bond of sire for 50% <br />of the coast act price was signed by Inland Bonding o. <br />estimates; City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, submitted the following partial <br />Partial estimate No. 2 for the pavement improvement on McKinley <br />Avenue from east line of Sunnyside Avenue to the east line of Greenlawn Avenue in <br />accordance with the terms of the contract betwen the City and Williston Construction: <br />Co., under Improvement resolution No.I863. Board signed and approved same in the amoun <br />of 16,924.35. <br />Partial estimate No.2 for the pavement improvement on Carroll <br />is <br />• <br />
