Tuesday, September 27th, 1927 <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. gray, filed plans, specifications and <br />estimate and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of the alley west of <br />Yaple Street from Napier Street to alley north of Jefferson Street Under Improvement <br />Resolution, No.I959. <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board <br />hereby orders that on.the 2n.d., day November, I9279 this Board will meet in the City <br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and. will decide whether the benefits <br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements will equal the estimated <br />cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board further orders that notices <br />of said hearings shall be published on the I4th., day of October and on the 2lst.,. <br />day of October, 1927in the South Bend News Times and Tribune. <br />The Board approved the driveway for filling Station owned and <br />operated by T. E. Cass Oil Co., at corner of Walnut and Sample Street.. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment <br />roll for -the Condemnation (Easement) for the Northwest Trunk Sewer Under Condemnation <br />Resolution Noo1769. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board being fully advised <br />a in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land which are shown <br />j on said assessment roll, have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said <br />primary assessment roll_in all things ratified, confirmed . The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment <br />roll and declares same and approved and the proceed <br />ings closed.
