REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17 2010 11 <br />SOUTH BEND PARK DEPARTMENT <br />The following Park Department personnel are authorized to carry a South Bend Police <br />Department radio and take Police reports in South Bend Parks and Recreation properties. The <br />following three people are armed: <br />Darla Hurt <br />The following Park Department personnel are authorized to carry a South Bend Police <br />Department radio but do not have the authority to be armed nor do they have the powers of <br />arrest: <br />It is my recommendation that the following be commissioned to carry a weapon while <br />acting in the capacity of Arson Investigators.
