<br />been assessed for said improvements and will- decide whether the lots and parcels of

<br />ance filed against the pavement of xal.i''Y -Z.treet-from Division street to Sample wtreet
<br />j under Improvement Resolution No.I922.
<br />"There are 62 reside--nt property auners located on this street, 27 of whom
<br />have affixed their signatures to the remonstrance. This does not constitute a majority,
<br />!I therefore, I .=,ould recommend that bids be received for same immediately.
