Zimmer, contractor. <br />Walk 0 I6� <br />curb .45� <br />grading .45¢ <br />13 <br />Bids having been received for the construction of grade,curb and <br />walk on Washington Street, Nineteenth and Wilson Street under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I932, the Board this 7th.., day of September, 1927, hereby awards the contract for <br />said improvement to Carl E. Zimmer at his low bid. <br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Co., <br />for the pavement on Howard Street from South Bend Avenue to west line of Morey's Sub., <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I889. Board also approved the construction bond of <br />same signed by Inland Bonding Co., for 6,474.40, which is 50% of the contract price <br />of same. <br />The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Construction Co., <br />for the pavement on 26th., Street from Jefferson Blvd., to Mishawaka Avenue under <br />Improvement Resolution No.I866. Board also approved the construction bond of same <br />signed by Southern Surety Co., for I9,278.00, which is 50� of the contract price of <br />attested: <br />-��yz <br />ler of the Board <br />approved. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9 P.
