<br />I876, the Board this 24th., day of August, 1927, hereby awards the contract for said
<br />improvement to Alex Bukowski at his low bid of 985.50.
<br />Bids having been received fro the construction of grade, curb and walk on
<br />Libert Street from Jefferson Street to Washington Avenue under Improvenomt Resolution
<br />No. I900, the Board this 24th. , day of August, 1927, hereby ' awards the contract for
<br />said improvement to Carl E. Zimmer at his low bid of I,626.00.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls;;)
<br />Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on Lincoln Way West from LaSalle Avenue
<br />to Trunk Sewer on Taylor Street under Improvement Resolution No.I705-,
<br />Assessment roll for the resurfdcing pavement on Wakewa Avenue from Michigan.
<br />Street to West property line of Tecumseh projected South under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I842.
<br />Assessment roll for the resurface pavement on Tecumseh Street frott North
<br />curb line of Wakewa Avenue to South curb line of Parkovash Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I84I.
<br />Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on McKinley Avenue from West line of Lot
<br />j� 58 Jefferson Park to Greenlawn Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I835.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Dale Avenue and Woodside Street from
<br />! Donmoyer Avenue to Oakside Street and from the west line of Lot 294 to east line of

<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and
<br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements
<br />have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore
<br />takes final action on said assessment rolls, declaring same in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
<br />rolls delivered to the department of finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pipe
<br />sewer on Orange Street from College Street to a point 40 feet westc of E. line of lot
<br />24 College Grove Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I796.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, one remonstrator appeared requesting
<br />the Board to continue the hearing for one week. After due consideration the Board
<br />decides to continue hearing on this assessment roll until August 3Ist., 927.91 at 7-I5
<br />II P. Y'.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. .dray, filed the following primary assessment rolls. -
<br />Assessment roll for the construction of grade, curb, walk and pavement on
<br />Pulaski Street and Calvert Street under Improvement Resolution No.I802. Amount due
<br />Williston Construction Company, contractors, $20,433.36.
<br />Assessment roll for the construction of pavement on Division Street from
<br />east line of Belleville 3rd., unit to west line of Belleville 3rd., unit under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No.I839. Amount due contractors, The Albert Construction Co.,
<br />?42, I93.97.

<br />l Street to Iiuron Street and from Albert Street to Alley East of Huron Street under

<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Gladstone and Huron Street from Division
<br />to the south line of Lot 748 and Edison Street to alley west of Gladstone under

<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that
<br />on the 30th., day of August, I927, this Board will meet at 10:00 A. IT., in the office
<br />in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land primarily assessed for siad improvements have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less amount.

<br />pavement on Sheridan Avenue from alley south of Division Street to a point 82" feet
<br />6outh under Improvement resolution No.I806.
<br />. In the above named assessment roll, the -Board hereby orders that on the
<br />31st., day of August, 1927, this Board will meet in the office of the Board at 7-I5
