Wednesday t4vening, July 20th., 1927. Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. Mr. fit.. R. Hinkle aVsent. ..Phis being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resolutions: I i Improvement 'resolution No.I890 for the pavement of Jackson Street from Indian Avenue to dalvert Street.. - - I-provehient `re`solutiQu No.1893 for th:e ' pavement of Napier Street from west line of Meade Street to east line of Kaley Street. Improvement resolution No.I894 -for t"he'pavement of Jefferson Street from west line of Meade Street to east line of Kerley Street. improvement resolution No.T896 for the pavement of Newcome Street from west � j line of Meade Street to Vast line of Kaley Street. In all of the above named improvement resolutions- remonstrators appear' ed and written "rem6n8tranees were- filed and the Adbird being duly advised in the premises, finds j i that the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements, will'not be benefited in amounts equ& to the estimated cost of same. The`Board.,f there- • fore, takes final actioxl.on all of the above named improvement resolutions, rescinding All -former action taken on said resolutions and declaring same null and void and the proceedings closed. 11 This being the date set, hearing was had on Im rovement resolution No.I888 for the pavement of Carroll Street from Dayton Street to walvert Street. In the above named resolution, the Boarcj,after hearing all interested persons who appeared and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the - lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the -estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer, Upon the petition of property owners, the Board takes final action on said improvement resolution, modifying �' same- so as to provide for pavement of Carroll Street from Dayton Street to Milton Street, and confirms said improvement resolution as modified. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resol tions: Improvement resolution No.I873 for the pavement of the first alley south of !Napier Street from Walnut Street to Laurel Street. Improvement resolution No.I874 for the pavement of the first alley south of Napier Street from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street. Improvement resolution No.I875 for the pavement of the first alley west of Laurel Street from Division Street to Napier. x ,j Improvement resolution No.I882 for the pavement of Elmer Street from Fredrick oz Street to Lincoln Way West, Improvement resolution No.I883 for the pavement of Harriett Street from it !Mishawaka ®venue to Hildreth Street. Improvement Resolution No.I884 for the pavement of Van Buren Street From C. I. & S. to Sancome Avenue. Improvement resolution No.I885 for the pavement of Kaley Street from Division • Street to Colfax Avenue. i Improvement Resolution No.I892 for the pavement of Washington Street from west line of Meade Street to East line of Kaley Street. n U Improvement resolution No.I895 forthe pavement of iioiland':6treet from Wiest line of Meade Street to East line of Kaley Street, Improvement Resolixikion No.I899 for the pavement of Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to Nest line of Franklin Street. Improvement Resolution No.I900 for the construction of grade, curb and walk on Libert Street from Washington Avenue to Jefferson Street. Improvement Resolution No.I887 for the pavement of Chapin Street from the South curb line of Washington Avenue to the South line of Monroe Street running West from Chapin Street. j Improvement Resolution No . I88I for the pavement of alleys in Summit Place, fifth Addition. i Improvement Resolution No.I898 for the pavement of Kenwood Avenue from Olive Street to Bendlx Drive, In all of the above named improvement resolutions, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being -fully advised in the premises finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed`
