Studebaker, et al., and the lands known as Tracts numbered One (I), Two (2), <br />and Three (3) of the New York Central Railway; and whereas this Board considered it <br />beneficial to the City, as well as to every one else interested and to every parcel of <br />land within the district created for said sewer, and not injurious to any one; and <br />whereas, this Board reserved the right in its contract with the Donnegan Construction <br />Co., to change and modify the details for the construction of said sewer as necessity <br />required.
