Tuesday 11fay IO,th., 1927. Board met in regular session at 9 A. Y. All members present. Minnt es of meetings held May 3rd , and blay 4th. , 5927, read and approved. City Engineer, I`r. H. G' dray, filed.. plans, specifieatiol4s and estimate and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of Division Street from the Fast line of Belleville Third Unit to the Vest line of Belleville Third Unit under Improvement Resolution No.I839. In the above named resolution, the Property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in procedure for the construction of improvements as fixed lava. 01hereupon the Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of the pavement on Division Street from Bast line of Belleville Third Unit to the Vest line of Belleville Third Unit. The Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the -construction of pavement on Sheridan Avenue from Division Street to the North line of Huron Street and Huron Street from Test line of the first al 1 ey east of Sheridan Avenue; to the east line of Albert Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I808. The Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of pavement on Gladstone Avenue from the South line of Division Street to the North line of Huron Street; ALSO Huron Street from East line of the alley west] o pf Gladstone to the west line of Edison Street Street under Improvement Resolution 1�3o/I807.
