<br />ion Streetand in Leon curt East of Prairie Avenue, as outlined n the peition
<br />of the Indiana Bell Telephone Co., under date of April -Ist., 1927.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted a resole-
<br />Lion for the Vacation of the Ist., alley West of Notre Dame Avenue from South lines
<br />of lots 341 and 347 in Cottrell's Ist., Addition to the North lines of said lots
<br />341 and 347 in Cottrrlls Ist., Addition under Resolution No.I795.
<br />In the above mat ter, the Board hereby orders that on the 27th. , day of April
<br />I927, this Board will meet at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear
<br />and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be affected
<br />by said Vacation. -Board further orders that notices of said hearing be published
<br />on the 8th., day of Atrij and.on the I5th., day of April, 1927, in the South Bend
<br />News limes and Tribune.

<br />for the opening of Bulla Street from Portage Avenue to Medora Street under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I793.

<br />I9279 this Board, at it's office in the City Hall at 7=I5 P. M., will meet to
<br />hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be
<br />affected by said Vacation. Board further orders that notices of said hearing be
<br />published on the 8th. , day of April and on the I5th., day of April, 1927, in. the
<br />South Bedd News Tames and Tribune.

<br />from Hamilton Street to Wilson Street and on Bergen Street from Johnson Street to
<br />Portage Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I794.
<br />In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the 27th. , day of April
<br />I927, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall at 7�4I5 P. M., will meet to hear
<br />and receive remonstrances from &11 persons whose property is liable to affected by
<br />said Improvement and will decide whether the severalolots and parcels of land which
<br />will be assessed for said improvement, will be benefited in proportion to the estimate
<br />of the City Thgineer. Board further orders that notices of said hearing be published
<br />in the N ws Times and Tribune on the 8th., day of April and on the I5th., day of
<br />April, I§27.
