Townsrhip <br />i <br />38 North Range 2 East, is a subdivision of the following descritred property to wits <br />Beginning at the North East corner of the West One-half (*) of the <br />South Fast one quarter (g) of section 13. Township 38 North Range 2 *st, thence <br />Vest Forty`(40) rods, thence South parallel with the North and South center line <br />of said section 13, a distance of Eighty (80) rods, thence East Forty (40) rods, <br />thence North Eighty (80) rods to the place of beginning. <br />The Plat contains 96 lots, numbered from I to 96 inclusive.
