<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the Assess-
<br />ment Roll for the V'ae tion of alley between lots 66 and I0 in Henricks and Gra is Add-
<br />ition under Vacation aeso luti on No. I76,f.
<br />U-oon the request of Aaron Huguenard, attorney, hearing was continued
<br />until Tuesday, March�Ist., 1927.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. WrW, filed pa lsn and specifications and
<br />the Board adopted the following resolutions:
<br />Local sewer on Calvert 6treet from Kline Street to Sampson Street
<br />under Improvement Resolution No.1775,
<br />aradem curb and walk on LaSalle Avenue from Surmyside Avenue
<br />to the Ist. , alley east of Sunnyside Avenue udder Improvement Resolution No.I777.
<br />Grade, curb and walk on the North side of Indiana Avenue between
<br />Leer Street and Clyde 6treet under Improvement Resolution No-1778.
<br />Grade aurb and walk on the North side of Sample Street from
<br />Chapin Street to Walnut street under Improvement Resolution No.1776,
<br />In all of the above improvement resolutions, the Board hereby
<br />orders that on the 29rd. , day of March 1927, at 7=I5 P. M. , this Board will meet
<br />at its office in the City "Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements. Board further orders
<br />that notices of said hearings be published on the 4th. , day of March and on the Ilth.
<br />day of ITarch 1927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, and that notices be
<br />mailed to property owners according to law.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted
<br />a resolution for the condemnation of property in the opening of Bulls, Street from
<br />Portage Avenue to Medora Street under Condemnation Resolution No.I778.
<br />In the above matter, the Board hereby �,rders that on the 23rd.,
<br />day of March 1927, at 7-I5 P. M., this Board will meet at its office in the City
<br />Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to
<br />sae affedted by said condemnation. Board further orders that nttfoes of said hear-
<br />Ing be published on the 4th. , day of March and on the Ilth. , day of Yareh 1927, in
<br />the South Bend News Times and Tribune, and that notices be mailed to property owners
<br />according to law.
