<br />The Board met in regular session at 7-15 P. 7. All Tnembers
<br />present.
<br />This being the date set,continuPd hearing was had on the
<br />vacation of the portion of the alley "'est of Studebaker Street betl-!een west ext.er_sions
<br />of Colfax Avenue and Hine Street under Vacation resolution TTIo.I767. '
<br />In the ob.ove matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed, and the Board therefore declares said resolution adopted
<br />on the 8thl, day of December I926, in all things ratified, confirmed .and approved.
<br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of.
<br />property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously
<br />affected, which roll shall also describe the property beneficially effected. I
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was hold on the vacation
<br />of a. portion of th.e third alley west of Laporte Avenue from the first alley north of
<br />Colfax Avenue to a point 60 feet South of the Northwest corner of lot 49 Rockafellers
<br />second Addition under Vacation hesolution ho.I766.
<br />In theabove matter, property owners in this vicinity appeared
<br />and remonstrated against said vacation. Mr. Aaron Huguenard, attorney for the
<br />Chicago, ' South Shore Street Cpr `'o., requested the Board for a continuance of.
<br />the hearing on this vacation to allow .the Street (Jar Company time to submit additional;
<br />information with respect to this alley vacation. The Board, therefore, decides to
<br />continue this hearing until February I6th., I927.
<br />J This being the date set, continued hearing w as had on the Vacation
<br />1 of Tutt treet and--r Vacation "esolution No. I765.

<br />In the above matter, upon the request of persons interested in said;

<br />the benefits as shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to continue
<br />said hearing on the Assessment roll until February 2nd., I927.

<br />Resolution for an Easement for the Construction of the North West Sewer, under
