<br />(. The Board approved the Garbage Contract Bond of I01.000.00 signed
<br />by Ephriam C . Lantz and Alva. Lantz, as Lantz -Br. os., and The Standard Accident Insur-
<br />ance Co.,:by John H. Lloyd, Attorney in fact.
<br />Upon the recommendation of "Vm. F. Cualls, the Bom,rd approved
<br />the payment of 33 lights in Ridgedale Addition, same to be turned on October Ist.,
<br />i I927, or an amount of 247.50 out of the I927 appropriation.

<br />the petition, of the Indiana Boll Telephone Co., for the placement of voles, anchors

<br />Upon the recommendation of ','m.F. 'walls, the Board approved the
<br />petition of the Indiana Bell Telephone Co., for the placement of poles, anchors and
<br />underground conduit in the alley west of Michigan. Street South from Bronson, between
<br />Bronson and Sample Streets.
<br />Upon the recommendation of "`.r. F. walls., the Board approved the
<br />petition of the 'Indiana Bell Telephone Co., for the placement of poles and anchors
<br />and relocating poles in the alley south of Mayne Street and the alYgeys North a nd
<br />South of Madison Street West from Eddy Street.
<br />The deed for the part of the property in Leeper Park purchased
<br />from Andrew Andarson, Emma DuShane, James A. DuShane, Jennie Putnam and Willis
<br />Putnam, for the sum of $T7,000<.00, approved and ordered delivered to the Department
<br />of Public Parks.

<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the Condemnation
<br />Resolution for the opening of Sherman Avenue to Riverside Drive under Condemnation
<br />Resolution No.I768.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators were present and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the matter, hereby
<br />decides to sustain all former action taken on said resolution and declare same in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />the Board now ord-ers a list or roll to be prepared of all owners or
<br />holders of property and of valuable interests therein, sought to be taken or to be
<br />injuriously affected, which. list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially
<br />affected.
