In all of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advise' in the premises, finds that the lots and parcels of land which have been assessed for said improvements have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls and therefore declares said rolls, filed November 3Oth., 1926 and December 8th.. , I926 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Alley between Oakside and koodside from alley east of Yichigan to St. Joseph Street Alley west of College Street from California to Vassar A,,enue.
