<br />In all of the above rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />I.- remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised -in the premises, finds
<br />that the several lots and parcels of land which have been assessed for said
<br />improvements have been benefited in the amounts as shown on: said rolls and the
<br />Ehard, thErefore, declares said rolls, filed Nove-^ber 30th. , and vecember Ist.,
<br />I926., in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
<br />!� Board hereby orders said rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.
<br />Board signed the contract and approved the construction bond of
<br />"illiston construction Co., for the resurfacing of Lafayette Street from the
<br />North line of of the alley north of North SYiore ')rive to South line of `Marquette
<br />Avenue under Improvement resolution Nlo._I755. Amoul t of contract 6,070.40 and
<br />the bond for I00(�, of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding o.
<br />The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds:
<br />Guarantee Bond of John F. Hipskind'for the construction of a pipe
<br />sewer on Oolfax Avenue under Improvement resolution No.I697. Bond being for I0%
<br />of the contract price, 204.73, signed by Inland Bonding o.
<br />Guarantee Bond of Albert construction Co. , for the construction of
<br />p&v4mente�onrAlbert Street, Edison Jtreet, uuron Street, under Improvement resolution
<br />No.I737. Bond being for -IO% of the contract price, I,88I.21 signed by Inland
<br />j Bonding Co.
<br />The Board approved the excavation bond of Thos. J. McGrath for I,000.00
<br />signed by United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co.
<br />Uity Engineer, filed plans and the Board adopted the following vacation
<br />resolutions:

<br />on the I2th., day of January, I927, this Board will meet at it's office in the City
<br />Hall at 7-I5 to he2.r and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property will
<br />be affected by said vacations. Board further orders that notices of said hearings
<br />be published on the 24th. , day of Lecember and on the 31s.t. , day of Decemberrj I926,
<br />in the South Bend News limes and Tribune, and that notices be mailed property owners
<br />according to law. 1
