<br />No petitions having bee--1, filed for a change of type of pavement
<br />other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Lafayette
<br />Street from North line of alley Nort'- of North 3pjore Drive to South Line of Marquette
<br />Avenue under Improvement resolution No.I755, the Board this 7th., day of December,
<br />I926, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of movement with which
<br />said street shall be improved and awards the contract for some to Williston Construct.
<br />ion Co., at their low bid of I,070.40.
<br />Board si ned the contract with L. H. W,,bster"for the'construction
<br />of the sewers Frederickson Street from Johnson Street tQ O'Brien Street; Prast Street
<br />from Johnson Street to OtBrien Street; OtBrien Street from Prast Street to Ist.,
<br />alley south of Frederickson Street under Improvement resolution No.I759. Constructioi
<br />bond of 2,305.80, which is I0O1, of the contract price also approved and signed.
<br />City Engine r, Mr. H. G. Wray, submitted a -copy of the pipe sewer
<br />contract on cedar Street from �acob Street to Harriett Street, in accordance with
<br />the terms of the contract between the City and George Pontarelli under -Improvement
<br />resolution No.I656. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 5,339.00.
<br />board approved the Builders Risk polio on River park mire Station
<br />amounting to I5,000.00, written by the Indiana Insurance o., of Indiana.
<br />The Board approved the recommendation of 14m. F. Qualls for the
<br />installation of tIe following street lights:
<br />4000 lumen light at the corner of Parkovash and Lafayette Street
<br />and a 4000 lumen light at the corner of Pprkovash and Irquois Street at a cost of
<br />90,00 per year. Same ordered.
