<br />Bids having been received for the construction of sewers of Frederickson
<br />Pratt and O'Brien Streets under Improvement resolution No.I759, the Board this Ist.,
<br />day of December, I926, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to L. F. 711'ebster
<br />at his low bid of 2,305.80.

<br />resolution No.I472. Board approved and signed same in the amount of II0.85.

<br />said improvements and will decide whether the lots and parcels of land so assessed for
<br />said improvements have been or will he benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls.
