Wednesday November- 24.th .., T92. <br />the contract price of the improvement, signed by V;Tlliston Construction Co., and <br />Inland Bonding Co. <br />Assistant City F'Rgineer, Mr. R. L. Pike, filed the following assessment <br />rolls: <br />System of gas mains in. Coquillard Woods Addition Section A, under <br />Improvement resolution No.17I79 Coquillard Land Co., contractors, I8,5I7.00. <br />System of water mans in Coquillard Woods Addit ion ' Section A, under it <br />Improvement resolution No.1706, oquillard Land Co. , contractors, 25, 800.00. <br />In both of the above assessment rolls, the "Board hereby orders that on <br />the 30th . , day of November, 1926, at I0: 00 A M. , this Board will meat to hear and !! <br />receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said <br />Improvements. <br />Assistant City Engineer, Mr. R. L. Pike, filed the assessment roll for <br />the pavement on Fairview Avenue from East line of - Studebaker Place Addition to <br />Miami Street under Improvement resolution No.I662. <br />Inth.e above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the Ist., day <br />• of December, 1926, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. ]IT., will <br />meet to hear and receive remonstrance s from all persons whose property has been <br />assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the property <br />so assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same.
