<br />written remonstrance was. filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds !I

<br />•In the above -matters, the Board hereby orders that on the Ist., day of
<br />December, I926, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., will meet
<br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
<br />for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the lots and pardels of
<br />11 land are equal to the cost If same as shown on said rolls.
