<br />In all of the above assessment rolls-, no remonstrators appeared and'no it
<br />written remonstrance was. filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds !I
<br />that the benefits accruing to the several lots and im.rcels of land primarily assessed i�
<br />for said improvement,. -are equal to the amounts set.: opposite said lots and parcels of land
<br />on said primary -`.rolls, and therefore, approves the said assessment:'rolls and declares Ili

<br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.- Said rolls are now ordered' transmitted

<br />•In the above -matters, the Board hereby orders that on the Ist., day of
<br />December, I926, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., will meet
<br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
<br />for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the lots and pardels of
<br />11 land are equal to the cost If same as shown on said rolls.
<br />Board further adders that notices of said hearings be published -on the
<br />23rdt.., day of November and the 24th., day of November, I926, in the News Times and
<br />South Bend Tribune.

<br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls.
