<br />v The Board approved the amended replat 'of Beyerts Second Addition
<br />to the Cfty of South fiend Indiana, with the following Dedication:
<br />"This plat includes all land in Beyerts 6econd Addition'to"the
<br />City of youth Bend, Indiana, as originally platted and recorded in Plat Book No.IO at
<br />page No.I35 of the records of said County, which lies on 'the northerly side of the
<br />right of way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company. By a deed recorded in Deed
<br />Record No.I89 at pages 464-465 of said County, the Beyer Floral Co., et al conveyed tc
<br />said Grand Trunk Western'Railway Company a right of way thrtt said Beyerts ke6hd
<br />Addition, and theregft•er+. the plat designated as RePlat of Beyer's Second Addition
<br />was made and recorded in Plat Book No.I2, at page No.24 of said records of said
<br />County and compr sed all the lots lying on the northerly side of the land so conveyed
<br />to said Railway ompany. By a later deed
<br />C, not yet recorded, a neviT right of way and
<br />granted to said Railway ompany thru said Beyerts Second addition, the of which
<br />lay to the east and south of the lines described in the feed " aforesaid. 'This amended
<br />Re -Plat includes and adds to the first replat all the land lying between the northerly
<br />line of the right of way described in the deed first aforementioned, and the northerly!
<br />line of the right of way in the unrecorded deed aforementioned.
<br />The lines of all of the lots as shown in the Re -plat if Boyers
<br />Second Addition are unchanged by this Amended re -plat except as to lots numbered
<br />Fourteen (I4) Fifteen (I5), Twenty-five (25) and Twenty-six (26). The Alley extending
<br />from the southeasterly corner of Lot Twenty six (26)"to the northeasterly corner of
<br />Lot wenty-five (25) is vacated, and in lieu thereof, a new alley is opened along the
<br />easterly line of Lot Firty six (46 The area of lots Fourteen (I4 and Fifteen (I5)
<br />is enlarged and new lots numbered Forty -Six (46) Forty seven (47) �orty Fight (48)
<br />Forty Nine (49) and Fifty (50) are added to the plat.
<br />The dememsions of each lot, the widths of alleys, are shown on the
<br />amended replat and all alleys shown thereon are hereby dedicated to the public. The
<br />southeasterly line of -the plat is -the northwesterly line of the right of way of the
<br />Grand Trunk silway Company as described in the unrecorded deed aforementioned.
