<br />In"all of the above rolls, the Board hereby orders that on
<br />the I7th., 'day of November, .I926, in the office of the Board in the City Hall at
<br />7-I5 P. M;, the Board will meet to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />whose property has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the
<br />lots or parcels of land which are assessed on said rolls, are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of same.
