Board further orders that notices of said hearing <br />be mailed to property owners, according to law. <br />The Board approved the Yarquise for the Theater building at the corner of <br />Yichigan and CRlfax, rafterBuilding Commissioner had first given his approval of same. <br />Upon the recommendation of Building Commissioner, Vr. D. Yoomaw, the Board <br />hereby orders that Section 858 of the Building Code, requiring all contractors to <br />file a bond of not less that 5,000.00 before a permit of occupancy be given, shall <br />be enforced.
