<br />In all of the above resolutions, the Board hereby decides that on the
<br />6th. , day of October, 1926, this Board in it's office in ,the C-*ty Hall, will hear
<br />and receive all persons whose property will be affected by said improvements.

<br />Bids having been received fro the pavement on A-lbert, Edison and Huron
<br />Streets, the Board this 14th. , day of September, I926, he -eby makes a final order for
<br />sheet asphalt for the type of pavement with which slid street shall be improved and
<br />awards the contract for said improvement to the Albert Construction Co.,at their low
<br />bid of I9,054.09. I
<br />Board hereby orders that the hearing on the A-ssessment Roll for the
<br />pavement on City Hell Court under Improvement Resolution No.1292 be held in the o�'fiee
<br />of the Board in the City Hall on the 29th., day of September, I926, at"which time the
<br />Board will determine whether the lots or parcels of land assessed on said roll }jave bee
<br />benefited in the amounts as shown on the roll. Board further orders that notices of
<br />said hearings be _published on the 20th., day of September, I926 and on the 21st., day
<br />of September, I9261, in the South Send Tribune and News Times.

<br />Krueger for the construction of a side track across the first alley west of Main Street
<br />and the end.of Donald Street next to the Pennsylvania Railway Cots right of way from
<br />it's connection with the track of said Penn. R. R. Company at the switch point to, over
<br />and across the alley and Donald Street immediately west of the right of way of said
<br />railway Co. Said Krueger agrees to maintain the end of said alley and the end of said
