'."'edn.esday, September 8tr .., 11926. <br />i <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the Assess ent Roll <br />for the Fairview -Hain Street Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I544. <br />In the above matter, remonstrators appeared and written remonstrances <br />were filed by the Pennsylvania R, ilroad Co. , and the Studebaker Realty Co. <br />After a full and impartial hearing from all affected pr:og erty owners <br />present, the Board continued hearing until)September 22nd;, and further agreed that <br />said assessment roll should be modified as folluvs: <br />First: Areas of all dedicated streets and alleys in the John E. and Ida <br />M. 7alz Subdivision to be deducted from the gross area of the benefited district. <br />above areas were included in the benefited district in the' prima facie assessment <br />roll in error. <br />'j Second: The properties of the ,Studebaker Corporation, citizens Home <br />Co., 'pencer Perfume Co., and Sibley 1-Jachine Tool "orks to be exempt from all indirec <br />assessment resulting from the cost of that portion of the sewer constructed along <br />Fairview Avenue between Yain and 1ichigan 6treets, and only that portion of same in <br />excess of the cost of an adequate local sewer toserve abutting properties. <br />I <br />The indirect assessment resulting from the cost of the balance S of the sewer project; that is, from the intersection of ' ain Street and Fairview �ivenue to <br />the southern terminus of same, less the cost of an adequate local sewer, which is <br />assessed 2gainst above properties, °to be assessed over the balance of the benefited <br />district; that is, the total area of benefited district less properties of the <br />. Studebaker Corporation, Citizens domes Company, Spencer Perfume Co., and Sibley <br />111achine Tool °`orks. <br />Claims amounting to I,I06.50 signed and approved as follows: <br />Salaries Dept.
