<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. 'r�. All members present.
<br />Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds:
<br />Sewer on Dorris Street under Improvement Resolution No.T539. S.`U. Ackerman)
<br />contractor. Bond being for I0% of the contract price, 350.00.

<br />Trunk 'ewer on Harriett and Hildreth Streets under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.1545. Guarantee bond being for 10% of the amount of the contract price, 2,025.00.
<br />I. Staples Contractor.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following Assessment Roll
<br />Pipe Sewer on Yorris Street under Improvem.en.t Resolution No.I539.
<br />Pipe Sewer on Grace Street under Improvement Resolution No.I592.
<br />Grade, Curb and walk on Randolph street under Improvement Resolution No.I5'7,0.
<br />In all of the above matters, fib �remonstr'ators':pppeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board finds that the lots and tracts of land described
<br />0 in said rolls, have been benefited in the amounts named on said rolls and therefore,
<br />the Board hereby declares said rolls in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />and the proceedings closed.
<br />City Engineer 1!r. H. G. '."Fray, filed Assessment Roll forthe grade and
<br />sidewalk on North Shore Lrive from parkovash to Angella "venue under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.T446. This being a waiver improvement and property owners having
<br />waived all objections to said improvement, the Board this 8th., day of September,I926,
<br />hereby, declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the
<br />proceedings closed.

<br />In both of the above matters, no remonstractor s appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the ??oard, therefore, finds that the property liable to
<br />be assessed for said ir;provements will be benefited in amounts eaua_l to the astiraated��s'
<br />cost of some, and the Board therefore, declares said Improvement Resolutions in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Board hereby orders that on the 2Ist., day of September, I926, this
<br />Board, at it's office in the City Hall, will receive, open:iand consider sealed
<br />proposals for the following Improvements:

<br />.Line of Yadison Park Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I723.
<br />Pavement on Broadway from ManiStreet to "-arine Street under Improvement

<br />C uth Bend Tribune and Dews Times on the IOt'n .'- day of September and on the I7th. , day
<br />September I926.
<br />Hearing also had on the pavement of �poger Street from Johnson 6treet to
<br />Olive Street under Improvement Resolution Yo.I728. �
<br />In the above matter, property owners appeared remonstrating against 'said
<br />improvement. The Board, however, decides to confirm said resolution and givo '-he
<br />property owners ten days in which to filed a written remonstrance against the improve-
<br />ment.
<br />Board signed the contract with I. 277.:Staples for the construction of the sew' r
<br />j on Kaley Street under Improvement Resolution No.I7I9. Board approved the construction
<br />Bond for I00% of the contract price, 5,8I9.78, signed by the Fidelity and Deposit Compa'y
<br />of Vnryland, .
