<br />In the above matter, the Board hereby sets the 61ghthday of
<br />SepterAber, I926, as the time when said Board will meet in it 's office in the City
<br />Hall and ti^,Till hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said improve-
<br />ment resolution. Board further orders that not&ces of said hearing be published
<br />according to law on the 20th., day of Pugust and on the 27th., day of ugust, I926,
<br />in the South Bend Tr-lbune and News Times.
<br />Upon the recommendation of +m. F Qualls, the Board approved the
<br />installation of a I000 lumen light at the alley on A-Ilen Stfeet, between Lindsey
<br />and Van Buren Street. Cost 22.00 per year.
<br />Upon the recommendation of ;`:gym. F. Qualls the Boar

<br />installation of a 4000 lumen light on Kemble Avenue at the Donald Street entrance.
<br />Cost 45.00per year.
<br />Upon the recommendation of 7,7m. F Qualls, the Board appro-ved the
<br />changing of the I000 lumen light at the corner of South Bend �vefiue and Turnock Street
<br />to a 4000 lumen light at an additional cost to tire city of 23.00, per year.
