<br />Upon the advise of City Attorney, I. D. Romig, the Board adopted the
<br />following resolution:
<br />"RESOLVED that the Johnson Yot or Co... be and i s hereby granted �erzis si on
<br />to occuy and use temporarily and not to exceed the period of one year from
<br />date, the unused alley to the rear of it's factory situated at and known as
<br />No.908 East Sample Street, or so much of said alley as said Company may need,
<br />j for the term herein specified."
<br />Board ordered the Engineering epartment to investigate and correct the
<br />sewer condition at the corner of TV10dora and Elerood Avenues.
<br />City Engineer, Yr. H. G. '="-.tray, submitted the following partial: estimates:

<br />contract between the City and Carl F. Zimmer, under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I680. Board approved same same and signed it in the amount of 2,I85.65.
<br />Partial Estimate No.3 for Grade, Curb and "'r,lk Improvement on Lincoln
<br />Park Addition, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City
<br />j� and Alex Bukowski, Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.I632. Board
<br />approved same and signed it in the amount of 2,019.75.
