The <br />properties to be included on the list include the three properties on Hawbaker <br />Street, the two City owned properties currently used as a pond, and the property <br />presently being used as the drive lane. A detailed list of the property information is <br />attached as Exhibit A to the Resolution. <br />Staff requests your acceptance of this report and approval of the attached <br />Declaratory Resolution No. 2658 to begin the process to amend the South Side <br />Development Area Development Plan and add six properties to the acquisition list. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
