<br />makes a preliminary award for Sheet Asphalt as the tie of pavement with which said
<br />street shall be improved and f ixes the 21st., day of July, I926, as the time when
<br />said Board will either pass on petitions for changing the type of pavement, award
<br />contract or reject all bids. The 747illiston Construction Co., is hereby glveh d
<br />preliminary award for said contract at their low bid of 3,I26.62.

<br />In all of the above matters, the Board hereby orders that on the
<br />2Ist. , day of July I926, this Board at it's office in the City Hall, at 7-I5 P. 1, ,
<br />will hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said resolutions and
<br />will decide whether the benefits to the property liable to be assesed for said
<br />improvements will equal the estimated of same, as reported by the City Engineer,
<br />Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published in the trews Times
<br />and in the Tribune on the 2nd., day of July and on the Oth., day of July,: I926.
