<br />Continued hearing had on Improvement Resolution No.I68I for
<br />the pavement of Colfax Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn Avenue.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no wbAtten
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board therefore, decides that the benefits to the
<br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of same as reported by the C.ty Engineer. The Board, therefore, declares
<br />said resolution, adopted June 2nd., 1926, in all thing ratified and confirmed and
<br />approved.
<br />Board further orders that on the 20th. , day of July, I926,
<br />said Board will receive, open and c onsider� sealed proposals for the Improvement
<br />of Colfax Avenue under Improvement Resolution 1681. Notice of s,9.id proposals
<br />to be published in the South Bend TYewg Times and Tribune on the $th. , day of
<br />July and on the I6th. , day of July, I926.

<br />for the pavement of Sunnyside Avenue from Sunnysede Avenue to South Street under
<br />Improvement Resolution Nlo.I653. A„,ount of the contract AII,I05.98 and the
<br />approved construction bond I00% of the amount of the contract signed by the
<br />Inland Bonding Co.

<br />law to all property owners concerned.
