Hinkle <br />absent. <br />Continued hearing had on Improvement Resolution No.I68I for <br />the pavement of Colfax Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn Avenue. <br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no wbAtten <br />remonstrance was filed and the Board therefore, decides that the benefits to the <br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated <br />cost of same as reported by the C.ty Engineer. The Board, therefore, declares <br />said resolution, adopted June 2nd., 1926, in all thing ratified and confirmed and <br />approved. <br />Board further orders that on the 20th. , day of July, I926, <br />said Board will receive, open and c onsider� sealed proposals for the Improvement <br />of Colfax Avenue under Improvement Resolution 1681.
