<br />No petitions having been filed for r•ehange of type of pavement other
<br />than that specified in the preliminary order, the Board this 29th., day of June, 1926,
<br />makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which Sunnyside
<br />Avenue, under Improvement Resolution N .I653, shall be improved and awards contract
<br />for said improvement to the '.`illiston ,onstruction Co., et their low bid of II,I05.98.
