<br />adopted the following Improvement resolutions:
<br />Local sewer on Oakside Street between Yiami Street and the first alley
<br />Aest of Dale Avenue under Improvement resolution No.167I.
<br />Local sewer on Rush Street from the manhole in Pennsylvania Avenue to
<br />a point 250 feet South under Improvement resolution No.I672.
<br />Grade, curb and walk on Huey Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street
<br />under Im.provemen.t .resolution No.1670.
<br />In, the above matters, Board hereby orders that on the I6th., day of
<br />j June, I926, said Board will meet in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y... and hear and receive
<br />all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings and will decide whether
<br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements, will equal
<br />the estimated cost of same. Board hereby orders that notices of same be published
<br />according to law on the 28th., day of May and on the 4th., day of June, 1926,
<br />i in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
