<br />After investigation by City Attorney, I. D. Pomig, Board approved �•
<br />Bond and signed contract with Carl D. Traxler for the construction of the South
<br />.Fast Trunk Sep^rer.under improvement resolution No.I635. Amount of contract being
<br />"'192,935.35.
<br />Board also signed the following contracts:

<br />ji Contract with Carl D. Traxler for the cons,truction' of sewer on Laurel
<br />Street from 17onroe to a point I83 feet south of the center line of Division Street.,
<br />under improvement resolution Wo.I623. !':mount of contract being 1,037.60.
<br />Contract with Carl D. Traxler for the construction of sewer on Holland
<br />street from Yeade Street to a point 70 feet east of the east line of Kaley Street,
<br />under improvement resolution No.I627. ,mount of contract being I,55I.00.
<br />Contract with Eston Ball for grade, curb and walk improvement
<br />in Homeland Addition under improvement resolution No.I634.
<br />Board approved the Plat of Devon Place to The City of South Bend, Indiana
<br />with the following dedication:
<br />. The annexed plat of Devon Place to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
<br />j County, Indiana, is a subdivision of the following described property, to wit:
<br />A tract or parcel of land in the North Fast one-q"uatter (3) of section
<br />7. Township 37, North Range 3 East. Beginning on the north boundry line of East
<br />Jefferson Blvd., distance south 76 degrees and 20 minutes East, a distance of Ten
<br />hundred forty-eith and three tenths (IO-48.30) ft., measured along the north boundry
<br />Line of said Jefferson Blvd., from the East line of Jacob Street, thence North 13

<br />-Continued hearing had on Grade, Curb and walk improvement on Colfax
<br />Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnymede Avenue under Improvement resolution No.I56.I.
<br />In the sbove matter the Board decides to continue.said hearing until
<br />June I6th., I926.
<br />Hearing had on Improvement resolution No.I653 for the improvement
<br />of Sunnyzd °avenue from Sunnymede to South Street.

<br />In the above matter property owners asked that resolution be modified
<br />so as to read from Sunnymede to Mayne Street. The Board hereby girders that
<br />investigation be nade by the City Engineer and that hearing on same be continued
<br />until !Jay 26th., 1926.
<br />Hearing had on the following improvement resolutions:
<br />Improvement of Harriett Street from Jefferson Blvd., to 117ishawaka Avenue.
