<br />A majority of rroperty owners having petitioned for Asphaltic Concrete
<br />pavement on Grant Street, the Board hereby makes a final award for Asphaltic Concret
<br />as the type of pavement with which said Street sball be improved and hereby awards
<br />said contract to The Reith Riley Construction Cr., at their low bid of 14,747.97.
