<br />City Engineer filed plans and specigications and the Board adopted
<br />the following Improvement resolutions:

<br />In the above matters the Board hereby orders that notices of said
<br />I resolution be published according to law on the I4-h., day of Igay and on the
<br />21st., day -of 472ay, 1926, in the.South Bend News Times and Tribune. Said Board
<br />at itts office in the city will on the 2nd., day of June, I926, at 7-15 P. Y.,
<br />and hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings.
