<br />! Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under improvement resolution No.I561.
<br />Hearing continued until Yay I9th., I926.
<br />Hearing had on the Pavement and widening of ,,Viami Street from the
<br />!� North line of Indiana running east from Miami Street to the south line of
<br />Boi-loran Street, under improvement resolution No.1637.
<br />In the above matter twelve remonstrators appeared against said
<br />i
<br />� improvement and the Board, therefore, decides to reeind all former .action
<br />on the resolution and declares same null and Votd..
<br />Hearing had on grade, curb and walk improvement on Twenty fourth Street
<br />!l from the north line of Jefferson Blvd., to the North line of '''ashin#ton Ave.",
<br />under Improvement resolution r?o.I640.
<br />In t'7e above matter the Board finds that the property liable to be
<br />assessed for said improvement will be benefited in the amount as shown in the
<br />Engineer's estimate, and the Board, therefore, hereby ratifies, confirms and
<br />approves said resolution, as adopted on anril I4th., I926.
<br />Board further orders that said Board, on ,Tay 26'th., I92.6 will
<br />receive, open and consider proposals for said improvement and orders that
<br />notices of same be published according to law on the I4th., day of "ay and on
<br />I
<br />the 2Ist., day of stay, I926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
<br />Dearing had on grade, curb and walk improvement on `"ashington Avenue
<br />from the cast line of Twenty-second street to the west line of Twenty-fourth St.,
<br />under improvement resolution No.I64I.
<br />In the above matter the Board finds that the benefits to the property
<br />liable to be assessdd for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of
<br />I same, as reported by the City engineer, and therefore, said Board hereby, ratifies,
<br />j confirms and approves said resolution, adopted April I4th., I926.
<br />Board further orders that on liay 26th., I9261 taid Board will receive,
<br />open and consider proposals for said improvement and orders that notices of same
<br />be published according to law on the I4th., day of 'ray and on the 21st., day
<br />of Fay, 1926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.

<br />resolution No.I644.
<br />In the above matter, the Board finds that the benefits to property
<br />liable to be assessed to said improvement, are equal to -he estimated cost, as
