<br />In the above matter no reronstrators appeared and no written remonsteance
<br />was filed anal the Board finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed
<br />,for said Improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same, as reported by hhe
<br />City Engineer, and therefore, declares said resolution, adopted April I3th.10 I926,
<br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Board, hereby, sets Tuesday, IV"ay I8th., I926, at I0 A. Y., as the day
<br />on which said Board will receive sealed proposals for the Improvement of ?°'illiam
<br />Street and orders that notices of same be published according to law.
<br />Engineer filed report on the rexronstrances against the pavement of Broadway from
<br />High to "iami Street, sholning that a majority of property owners are opposed to the
<br />Improvement and therefore, the Board recinds all former ^ction on said resolution
<br />and declares same null and void.
<br />Hearing had on. Condemnation Resolution No.I643 for the Condemnation
<br />of property for the construction of the South Fast Trunk Sewer. In the above
<br />matter no remonstrators appeared and nor written remonstrance was filed and the
<br />Board, therefore, declares said resolution ratified$ confirmed and approved and
<br />the proceedings closed. ,
