Wray'. nov,,:ifiles estimate for the construction <br />of the South -East Trunk Sewer System under Improvement Resolution No.I635. <br />This being the. date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolutio <br />No.I635 for the construction of the South -East Tns. <br />runk Sewer System. <br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the <br />benefits,to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to <br />the estimated cost of same, as reported by the City Engineer, and that the improve- <br />ment is necessary, and that the area or district to be drained is properly bounded <br />and described in said Improvement Resolution No.I635 The Board, therefore, declares <br />said improvement resolution No.I635, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />without modification. <br />The Board now orders that on the 5th. , day of May, 1926, this Board <br />will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the construction of the South- <br />east Trunk Sewer System under Improvement Resolution No.I635.
