All members present. <br />Hearing had on following Improvement Resolutions: <br />Pavement an Walnut Street from Indiana Avenue to Prairie .Avenue, <br />under Improvement Resolution-r`1616. <br />Pavement on Magnolia Street from Indiana Avenue to Friairie Avenue <br />under Improvement Resolution ff1617. <br />Pavement on 11eade Street from southerly rail of New York Central <br />R.R. to Sample Street, under Improvement Resolution -1633. <br />Grade, curb and walk on Twenty-second Street from south line of <br />Lots 65 & 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition to south line of_1KcKinley_Avenue. f;1630 1 ., <br />In the above matters no remonstrators appeared and no written re- <br />monstrances were filed, and the Board finds that the benefits to property liable <br />to be assessed for said improvement aree equal to the estimated cost of same as <br />reported by City Engineer and said resolutions are hereby ratified, confirmed and, <br />approved. Date for receiving, considering and opening sealed proposals fixed as <br />hlay 5, 1926 and notice thereof ordered published according to law. <br />Hearing also had on Improvement Resolution J1618 for pavement on <br />Broadway from Nigh Street to Iiiami Street. 'An the above .matter a remonstrance was <br />filed, bearing the names of eleven property owners. However, the Board.finds that <br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvment are equal to <br />the estimated cost of same and therefore declares said resolution in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. Remonstrance referred to City Emgineer for his <br />report on the resident property owners, <br />Hearing also had on Improvement Resolution §1634 for grade, curb <br />and walk in Homeland Addition.
