H.G.Wray, City Engineer, filed plans and specifieationa and <br />Board adopted Resolution '1635 for trunk sewer to be known as the Southeast <br />Trunk Sewer System. <br />The Board hereby orders that notices of said resolution be pub- <br />lished on the 9th day of April and on the 16th day of April, 1926 in the <br />South Bend Tribune and the News Times. <br />Board, at his office in the City Hall, on dednesday evening, <br />April 21,1926, will hear and receive all persons interested in or affected <br />be said proceedings . <br />� d <br />\ `• - • - <br />Tuesday, April 13, 1926 <br />Board met in regular session at 9:15 A.11% All members present. <br />Minutes of meetings held April 6th and 7th read and approved. <br />Board signed contract with J. A. Barnes for grade, curb and walk on <br />Twentyasecond Street from north line of Jefferson Boulevard to the south line <br />of Lots 65 and 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition, under Improvement Resolution <br />Monthly report of Building Department read and placed on file. <br />Board approved following excavation bonds: John Turnock, Thos. William <br />and Fleck Dlg. Co. <br />Upon recommendation of Xr. Qualls, the Board approved the change and <br />extension of lights as follows: <br />Change 1000 lumin light at St. Joseph and Fairview Avenue to 4000 <br />j lumin light. <br />Change the 1000 Jumin__light at Irvington Ave. and Carroll 6t. to a <br />4000 lumin Light. <br />Move the 1000 lumin light at Irvington Ave and St. Joseph St. to <br />Eckman St. and St. oseph St. <br />Move the 4000 lumin light at Eckman and Carroll Streets to Eckman <br />and Fellows Streets.. <br />Install 4000 lumin light at Oakside and Carroll Streets and a 4000 <br />i lumin light at Woodzide and St. Joseph Streeets. Same ordered. <br />Board also, -,approved the petition of the Indiana & Michigan Electric <br />Company for permission to renew their present pole -line on Linden Avenue from <br />
