Tuesday, April 6, 1926 <br />Board met in regular session at 9:15 P.M. All members present. <br />Minutes of meetings held lUarch 30th and March 31st, 1926 read and <br />approved. <br />Upon the recommendation of IIm. F. Qualls, Board approved the following <br />petitions: <br />Placing of 4000 lumin light at corner of Pokagon Street and Tecumseh <br />Avenue. Name ordered. <br />Petition from Indiana Bell Telephone Co. for placing of four poles and <br />six anchors in Austin Park Addition, as indicated on accompanying blue print. <br />Same ordered. <br />The following renev,,al bonds were approved: Contractor, 11I1ex, Bukowski, <br />Excavation_, Distler Plg. Co. <br />Correspondence from Shidler Bros. regarding damage to truck on High <br />Street north of Pennsylvania Avenue, filed amd Cleric instructed to refer same <br />to Gas. Co. <br />Correspondence from h-lishawaka Board of Public 'dorks regarding pavement <br />on Logan Street read and placed of file. Clerk ordered to advise Mishawaka <br />Board that this Board is ready to pave sa-id Street according to plans and speci- <br />fication adopted by this Board. <br />Engineer reported tabulated bids for grade, curb and walk on Twenty- <br />second Street from north line of Jefferson Boulevard to south line of Lots 65 <br />66 in Jefferson Heights Addition. Also policies of <br />16,000.00mand �1,000.00 for Street Department Garage and brick duelling located <br />at Sycamore Street and Hydraulic Avenue and at 225 id.
