Perkins, representing I:aria Perkins, � <br />appeared before the Board and contested the Benefits awarded. Thereupon the <br />Board advised him that the portion of the bank 'Darn which.projects out from the <br />property line onto the side,,,,,alk need not be removed at this time, excepting the <br />portion that actually does project onto the side�rralk area; the balance of the <br />encroahhment, which �,iiould be on the two -foot strip back of the side`aalk lire <br />i� need not be removed for the present. <br />With this temporary privilege, 1,2r. S. Romig,- the Board <br />by- unnanimous vote, 1.e reby, orders that during the year 1926 and. until further notice <br />City Engineer, H. C-. Wray, shall be paid $125.00 per month payable out of Track <br />he in addition to his regular salary as City <br />Elevation Fund, which amount shall <br />Enpineer, as authorized by law. <br />r <br />a <br />. <br />• <br />U-pon the recommendation of City .A.ttorney, I. P. Romig, the Hoard, <br />by unanimous vote, hereby, orders that during the year 1926 and until further notic <br />,is rlazel A.
