Wednesday, February 3, 1926 <br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P. 1. All members present. <br />Hearing on assessment roll for vacation of alley between I:,iadison <br />St. and Cedar "t. from Francis St. to Alley West of Francis St. under Vacation <br />Resolution ; 107. <br />In the above matter an.easement signed by Harry Solis, Anna Polis <br />I and C. Du Comb was filed and the Board therefore declares the above roll, filed <br />December 29, 925, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings <br />! closed:_. (See files for copy of roll) <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessment of benefits <br />for vacation of part of Brook St. under Vacation Resolution 103. <br />In the above matter no remonbtrance was filed and no remonstrances <br />were heard. The Board therefors declares the above roll, filed January 12, 1926, <br />!I in all things ratified, comfirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. <br />jl (See filex for copy of rolls) <br />Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments <br />• �i of benefits for pipe sexier on King St. from rortage Ave. to a. point 100ft. west of <br />Amderson Ate.,under Improvement Resolution 1575. <br />In the above matter Harry rolis appeared and requested a continuane <br />! of said proceedings.untill '7ednesday, March 3, 1926, at 7:15 P. .e1. Same continued,to <br />i� this date. <br />Mr,p 01m. Rasmussen and M?. Cole Hay, recently appointed members of <br />the *tainining Board, are unable to serve,making the follo.aing changes necessary in <br />the Examining Board for the Building Department, <br />Gontractors- <br />Homer G. 'deaver , of Hay-1heaver Co. <br />Ralph Sollitt, of Ralph Sollitt & Sons. <br />Architects- " <br />Roy Shambleau, of Austin & Shambleau <br />Williard Ellwood <br />Electrical Engineer - <br />'Wm, F. Qualls <br />City Engineer <br />Herschel G. `:Tray, Ex-0fficio member of Board. <br />The Board approved the assignment of contracts from 'Th.itcomb and <br />Keller to the 7.7illiston Construction Go, as follows: <br />Grade, curb, wale and pavement on Esther St. from Jefferson Blvd. <br />to `rrayne St., under Improvement Resolution r 1596 <br />Pavement on 'Tpyne St. from 1-Iarriett St. to Eighteenth St., under <br />Improvement Resolution 211597 <br />Pavement on�Sunnym6de Ave. from Harriett St. to Eighteenth St. , <br />under Improvement Resolution ;*1594. <br />• <br />Att st:— <br />Clerk <br />C7 <br />Yeeting adjourned at I0:00 061ock. <br />U <br />
