A 11 members present, <br />Hearing had on resolution for the pavement on Angella Avenue from <br />Beeper Avenue to the east right of way line of the Southern Michigan Railroad <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 1603. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed <br />After hearing all interested parties present, board decides that the benefits to <br />property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost <br />of the same, and thenBoard therefgre now confirms the said resolution. Date for <br />receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals,±±xmtxxx not set by Board. <br />Hearing had on pavement on Lafayette Street from North line of <br />Angella Avnue east of Lafayette Street to south line of Angella Avenue, -(west of <br />Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1602.) <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed <br />After hearing all interested parties present, Board decides that the benefits to <br />property liable to be assessed for laid improvement are equal to the estimated cost <br />of .the same, and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution.
