Hearing had on resolution for the pavement on Angella Avenue from ;Beeper Avenue to the east right of war line of the Southern Michigan Railroad ;under Improvement Resolution No. 1603. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed After hearing all interested parties present$ board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and thenBoard therefgre now confirms the said resolution. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals, not set by Board. if Hearing had on pavement on Lafayette Street from North line of i'Angella Avnue east of Lafayette Street to south line of Angella Avenue, -(west of !lLafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1602.) No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed After hearing all interested parties present, Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for laid improvement are equal to the estimated cost of .the same, and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals not set by the Board.
