All members present. <br />Deferred hearing had on XzxzkLtxx roll of awards of damages and <br />assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley between lot 66 Hendrick's & Grant's' <br />Addition and lot in Kent's & Garrison's Sub, of lot 1 Hendricks & Grant's Addition ;j <br />from Marion Street to North line of said lots 10 and 66 under Vacation Resolution No. <br />105, <br />Upon said hearing Attorney Omaeht and Atty. Hu enard appeared <br />and requested continuance of said proebedings until Wednesday January 6th.1925. <br />at 7:15 P.M. Same continued to this date. <br />Hearing had on assessm roll and f inal. e'stimate for sewer on <br />Beyer Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to Northwesterly line of lot 43 in Replat of <br />Beyer' q 2nd. zAIdition under Improvement Resolution No. 159Z. <br />In the above matter Attorney W. G.
