Wednesday December 23rd., 1925. Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Petition filed by Councilman Gall for light at corner of East Victoria Street and South Street. Referred to Lispeetor for report. file. Monthly report of the Building Dept, received read and placed on placed on file. Report of Building Dept. for year of 1925 received read and Minutes of Wednesday December 16th., 1925 and Tuesday December 22nd. 1925 read and approved. f Attest: p� es iden Jerk of the Board, Wednesday December 22nd., 1925. Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Deferred hearing had on XzxzkLtxx roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley between lot 66 Hendrick's & Grant's' Addition and lot in Kent's & Garrison's Sub, of lot 1 Hendricks & Grant's Addition ;j from Marion Street to North line of said lots 10 and 66 under Vacation Resolution No. 105, Upon said hearing Attorney Omaeht and Atty. Hu enard appeared and requested continuance of said proebedings until Wednesday January 6th.1925. at 7:15 P.M. Same continued to this date. Hearing had on assessm roll and f inal. e'stimate for sewer on Beyer Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to Northwesterly line of lot 43 in Replat of Beyer' q 2nd. zAIdition under Improvement Resolution No. 159Z. In the above matter Attorney W. G. Crabill appeared representing Grand Trunk Western Railway Company and remonstrated against amount of assessment OE their right of way, After hearing all interested parties, hearing continued.uAtil Wednesday December 30th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. P, E Bondurant, Frank Anderson and Ed Neddo appraisers filed report of appraisal on land taken for the widening, ' Indiana Avenue and Prairie Avenue alsofa of Koseiuszko Street between Eckman Street Dale Avenue etc., reading aspfollows: to land (nInsert for hsee pfiles.)f Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb] and walk on Madison Street from W. line of North Sunnyside Addition to a line between • Southeast corner of lot 32 and Northeast corner of lot 17 North Sunnyside Addition under improvement Resolution No. 1581. i In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed.
