44 Wednesday December 23rd.t 1925. Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Petition filed by Councilman Gall for light at corner of East Victoria Street and South Street. Referred to Taispeetor for report, file, Monthly report of the Building Dept. received read and placed on placed on file. All members present, I Deferred hearing had on Yzaaktxx roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley between lot 66 Hendrick's & Grant's! Addition and lot in Kentts & Garrison's Sub. of lot 1 Hendricks & Grant's Addition from Marion Street to North line of said lots 10 and 66 under Vacation Resolution No, 105. + Upon said hearing 1 �, Attorney Omacht and Atty. Hugenard appeared I and requested continuance of said proebedings until Wednesday January 6th.k 19250 at 7;15 P.M, Same continued to this date. Hearing had on assessmob t roll and final..e,stimate for sewer on Beyer -Avenue from Mishawaka Avanue to Northwesterly line of lot 43 in Replat of Beyer'S 2nd. zA�dition under Improvement Resolution No. 1590, In the above matter AttorneyW. G. it G and Trunk Western RailwayCompany Grabill appeared representing pany and remonstrated against amount of assessment oTi their right of way. After hearing all interested parties, hearing continued until Wednesday December 30th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. P, E Bondurant, Frank Anderson and Ed Neddo appraisers filed report of appraisal on land taken for the widening of Kosciuszko Street between Indiana Avenue and Prairie Avenue, also-appraisal.on land taken for the open.ing`of Eckman Street Dale Avenue etc., reading as -follows- to -wit:- ( Insert see files.) Hearing had on assessment roll and walk on Madison Street from W. line of North Sunny s de Addition ato aolite fr ne abetweenb Southeast corner of lot 32 and Northeast corner of lot 17 North Sunnyside Addition under improvement Resolution No. 1581. In the above matter no remonstrators a remonstrance was filed. The Board after hear' speared and no written therefore find that the property assess -ad in rollafiled 4Deeembersted l6th. Parties .1925eis bene- fited in the amount as shown on said roll, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed December 16th., 1925 and the final estimate allowed December 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
