All members present. <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damagew and assessments of benefits <br />for the Vacation of alley in Henrick's & Grant's Addition from. Marion Street to Leland <br />Avenue. Under Vacation Resolution No. 105, <br />iIIn the above matter Attorney George Omacht appeared and filed written <br />remonstrance for R uben Miller against the closing of said alley. William Smith <br />appeared for said vacation of alley. Th Board after hearing all parties interested in <br />sa_t$1 .resolution hereby continue said hewing to Iffegnesday December 23rd., 1925 at <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />i for the Vacation of alley between Lot 11 Perley Lumber Cols Addition and lot 15 in <br />Stover & Witwer is Add. from Main Street to the alley west of main Street, under <br />Vacation Resolution No. 100. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrant <br />was filed. The'Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefited <br />and damaged respectively as shown in said roll,'and paid roll is hereby in all things <br />i ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No, 100 <br />is hereby concluded. ( See files for copy of roll.) <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />on alley south of Sample Street from Franklin Street to alley west of Franklin Street <br />also alley west of Franklin Street from Sample Street to a point 290,5 feet south of <br />Sample Street as provided in Vacation Resolution No, 106. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance <br />w4s filed. The Board after hearing all interested -parties present, the Board therefore <br />�i declare the above roll filed December 1st., 1925 in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved.( See files for assessment roll.) <br />'i Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and <br />.&lk on South side of Almond Court from Notre Dame Avenue to 1st. alley west, under <br />IMprovement Resolution No. 1552. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll fiked <br />pacember 9th., 1925 is benefited in the amount';' <br />ias shown on said roll, and the Board. <br />further find, that the assessment roll filed December 9th., 1925 and the final Bstimate <br />allowed December 9th., 1925 should be and the Fame are hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed2and approved. <br />" Gontract for printing of the Annual Report for 1925 was awarded to <br />McClave Printin Company at ....... 0623.50 Other bids submitted were Mirror Press $698, <br />Peerless Press 721.50 Hibberd Printing; Company $778.40 and Peter Printing Company <br />$675.00. <br />li The following waivers were signed by Whitcomb & Keller and Union Trust <br />Company by Arthur 1. Same read and placed on file <br />Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 107 for the Vacation of the alley <br />lying between Cedar S�reet and Madison Street, from Frances Street to the alley west of <br />Frances Street.' <br />li In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed.
