M • Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on roll of awards of damagew and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley in Henrick's & Grant's Addition from. Marion Street to Leland Avenue. Under Vacation Resolution No. 105, iIIn the above matter Attorney George Omacht appeared and filed written remonstrance for R uben Miller against the closing of said alley. William Smith appeared for said vacation of alley. Th Board after hearing all parties interested in sa_t$1 .resolution hereby continue said hewing to Iffegnesday December 23rd., 1925 at Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits i for the Vacation of alley between Lot 11 Perley Lumber Cols Addition and lot 15 in Stover & Witwer is Add. from Main Street to the alley west of main Street, under Vacation Resolution No. 100. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrant was filed. The'Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefited and damaged respectively as shown in said roll,'and paid roll is hereby in all things i ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No, 100 is hereby concluded. Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits on alley south of Sample Street from Franklin Street to alley west of Franklin Street also alley west of Franklin Street from Sample Street to a point 290,5 feet south of Sample Street as provided in Vacation Resolution No, 106. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance w4s filed. The Board after hearing all interested -parties present, the Board therefore �i declare the above roll filed December 1st., 1925 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.( See files for assessment roll.) 'i Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and .&lk on South side of Almond Court from Notre Dame Avenue to 1st. alley west, under IMprovement Resolution No. 1552. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll fiked pacember 9th., 1925 is benefited in the amount';' ias shown on said roll, and the Board. further find, that the assessment roll filed December 9th., 1925 and the final Bstimate allowed December 9th., 1925 should be and the Fame are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed2and approved. " Gontract for printing of the Annual Report for 1925 was awarded to McClave Printin Company at ....... 0623.50 Other bids submitted were Mirror Press $698, Peerless Press 721.50 Hibberd Printing; Company $778.40 and Peter Printing Company $675.00. li The following waivers were signed by Whitcomb & Keller and Union Trust Company by Arthur 1. Hubbard Presidentq were approved. Waiver for water sewer and gas connections on South Street from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue. • 1 Waiver for water, sewer and gas connections on Sunny merle Avenue between E. line of Lot 302 Sunnymede Addition and Harriett Street. Waiver for water, sewer and gas connections on Sunnymede Avenue between Harriett Street and 18th. Street. Waiver for water seweb and gas connections on Wayne Street between Harriett Street and 18th..Street. ( Insert see files for original waivers.) Petition for opening of a 14 ft. alley south of Whiteman's Brothers wholesale Grocery House on South Michigan Street from Michigan Street to the 1st. alley east of Michigan Streetq signed by WIgiteman Borthers et al. Same read and placed on file Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 107 for the Vacation of the alley lying between Cedar S�reet and Madison Street, from Frances Street to the alley west of Frances Street.' li In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former_A.etion taken on said resolution and declare the above describe property in all things vacated and this resolution In all things, ratified, confirmed and approved; Subject to Ha_,--ry Polis and IZary Ritter givgnQeastmntt for public utilities. i J And the Board now orders that a list.,or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be i injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected.
